Growing up in rural British Columbia, I understand the importance of finding qualified mental health professionals you can feel safe and secure accessing services with. I take a neuroscience-informed approach, prioritizing confidentiality and trauma-informed practice every step of the way.

As a Registered Social Worker (16623) working toward my Registered Clinical Social Worker designation, I support clients experiencing neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders — though those are not requirements for accessing services.

Whether your goal is to increase structure and routine in your life, make friends, reduce anxious rumination, or something else - I can help support you along the way.
